By accessing or using ReduntLoad's freight operations and shipment coordination platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all registered users, account holders, and authorized team members.

2. Description of Service

ReduntLoad provides a software-as-a-service platform for:

• Shipment coordination and lifecycle management
• Real-time operational notifications and alerts
• Appointment scheduling and tracking
• Invoice and document management
• Carrier management and communication
• Operational analytics and reporting
• Team collaboration tools

3. Account Registration

To use ReduntLoad, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Verify your email address through our verification process
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReduntLoad only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Communications and Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive the following communications from ReduntLoad:

• Account Emails: Verification, password reset, and security notifications
• Operational Alerts: Shipment updates, appointment reminders, and status changes
• Transactional Notices: Invoice confirmations, payment receipts, and billing alerts
• Support Communications: Responses to your inquiries and support tickets
• Service Updates: Important platform changes and maintenance notices

You may manage your notification preferences in your account settings. Note that certain transactional and security-related emails cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscription plans are billed according to the pricing plan selected. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle
• Receive invoice and payment notifications via email

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all operational data, documents, and information you upload to ReduntLoad. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReduntLoad provides the platform "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled, and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request a data export before account closure.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
