User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your operation
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and DOT certifications
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner
• Communicate promptly with our dispatch team
• Report any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydent Freight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rydent Freight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Rydent Freight is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination of Service

Rydent Freight reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or other conduct we deem inappropriate.
