Yes! Our Starter plan is free forever and includes core functionality. You can also start a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan with no credit card required. All trial accounts require email verification to ensure secure access.
All plans include transactional and operational notifications sent exclusively to verified account holders. This includes shipment status updates, delivery confirmations, appointment reminders, invoice alerts, and account security notifications. Notification preferences can be customized per user.
Professional plans are billed monthly or annually (with 2 months free). Enterprise plans have custom billing arrangements. All billing notifications, invoices, and payment confirmations are sent to the designated billing email on your account.
Yes, you can change plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll receive an email confirmation of any plan changes to your verified account email.
